i had booked a king room but was given a twin room upon arrival. it took some back and forth before they found a king available (which felt a bit frustrating). it became annoying.

The room was not ready when I arrived at 4 PM. I went to the roof top bar while waiting. Service at breakfast was slow, and I had to re-order the same order multiple times, with long delays each time, it was annoying.
